Implementation of the 1C: Accounting program at manufacturing enterprise of ALPHA

For automation of accounting and tax accounting the management of ALPHA LLC, selected 1C: Accounting 8 software product. Works on implementation of standard solution 1C were carried out by 1C:VDGB company.

ALPHA LLC is the enterprise formed in 1992 which main specialization is production from different types of carbon-bearing raw materials. By agreement with the consumer in laboratory products specification is developed. Shipment of products is made by both the railway, and motor transport.

With a problem of automation of accounting at the enterprise the management of ALPHA LLC addressed to 1C:VDGB company which has successful experience of automation of information systems 1C: Enterprise and further maintenance of users of 1C.

The 1C: Accounting 8 program selected for automation of accounting of the enterprise is the ready-made standard solution for automation of the majority of sections of accounting developed on a technology platform 1C:Enterprise 8.

The Enterprise accounting configuration can be used as it is autonomous, and together with other components of a system of programs 1C: Enterprise. With the help of implementation of the program 1C: Accounting 8 at manufacturing enterprise of ALPHA the following directions of accounting are automated:

• material accounting, goods, products;
• trade operations;
• currency transactions;
• settlings with advance holders;
• settlings with the organizations;
• personnel records;
• settlings with personnel on compensation;
• calculations for income tax;

In a work progress by specialists of 1C:VDGB company software installation 1C: Accounting 8 is made, setup of parameters of an information system, for the staff of ALPHA enterprise — elementary education to work with 1C is carried out. Now regular system maintenance of 1C on a subscription to Information and Technology Support of 1C — 1C:ITS is performed.
