Implementation project of Microsoft Dynamics NAV in "the Moscow Brewery"

NaviCon Group and "the Moscow Brewery" are connected by partnership: The IT company implemented at brewers complete management decision based on Microsoft Dynamics NAV.

Automation of mobile control of the exported products became the next step in development of the implemented system and the solution of current problems of the customer. Specialists of NaviCon Group performed integration of a mobile system of reading of barcodes into the database of the company implemented on Microsoft Dynamics NAV. Now having scanned the document at departure of the car, the security guard sees all information on goods, the machine and the driver on the terminal screen, and, having compared this information to documents, confirms departure of motor transport from the enterprise territory. In the same time a system checks on a stroke to the code compliance of the paper and electronic document, in case of violation displays the corresponding warnings of the mobile terminal.

As a result the company had an opportunity to precisely keep track of quantity and the range of the exported products and the time spent of motor transport in the territory of the enterprise. It allowed to arrange document flow, to receive more exact financial picture of a status of the enterprise, to establish accurate cooperation between department of shipment and service on release of vehicles, and allowed to receive one more barrier in prevention of plunder of products.
