Implementation project of the SAP solution ERP in Pallada of Ukraine

The international consulting company ALPE consulting specializing in implementing solutions SAP and Kalina Concern - the producer of perfumery, cosmetics and household chemicals in Russia is announced a successful completion of an implementation project of the SAP solution ERP for Pallada Ukraine Affiliated Enterprise.

The history of cooperation ALPE consulting and Kalina Concern contains more than 2 years, and the result of successful partnership was confirmed with SAP company on an awards ceremony of SAP Quality Awards 2010 where the implementation project ALPE consulting company on Kalina Concern was recognized the best in the Implementation among SME Companies nomination.

Considering successful experience of joint project work in 2009-2010 on business process automation of head office to Yekaterinburg, the decision to continue cooperation on affiliated enterprise of Concern – Pallada Ukraine which conducts trade purchasing activity in the territory of the country was made and obliged to observe the time limit of accounting according to requirements of the tax law of Ukraine.

The beginning of the project took place on February 1, 2011, productive start - May, 2011.

Key project task is consolidation of DP "Pallada — Ukraine" and JSC Concern Kalina in the unified information system of SAP for optimization of inventory management, increase in level of service for clients, the obtaining the consolidated management reporting (module CO/PA) on revenue and cost value of finished goods implemented through DP "Pallada Ukraine". For the beginning of the project all information on customer orders and results of acceptance shipments accumulated in the information system other than SAP that in the circumstances is irrational and interferes with timely obtaining the information required by orders for deliveries by head office in Yekaterinburg.

Functional project scope includes implementing solutions of SAP for modules of sale, controlling and finance, and also for management of material flows. At the initial stage of works it was necessary to create an organization structure of the project and also to develop and approve all necessary project procedures which helped to define afterwards what changes necessary for DP "Pallada Ukraine", it is necessary to enter into the existing SAP ERP system for implementation of necessary functionality. Implementation of industry solutions of SAP for DP "Pallada Ukraine" considerably will improve quality of production planning and will accelerate implementation process of orders of the Ukrainian clients. As a result, time spent for preparation of primary documentation will be reduced, and implementation of the module SD (the sale module) unifies procedures of distribution and transportation of finished goods.
