In "NITA Company implementation of EDMS Directum continues

The Complex Technologies company continues Directum system implementation in ""New Information Technologies in Aircraft" company ("NITA Company).

"NITA company specializes in the field of developments, production and supplies of equipment and specialized software for solving of tasks of air navigation, use of airspace, the leadership (management) in flights for civil and state aviation. In the company more than 200 employees work.

As noted, being software developer, "NITA" always paid close attention to increase in efficiency of own business processes. Therefore in 2009 the decision on workflow automation and interaction processes was made. As the priority directions of the project of automation were defined: work with organizational and administrative document flow; registration of outgoing and incoming correspondence, internal orders, automation of office; management of contractual document flow; control of execution of operational orders of the management; process optimization of approval of commercial projects.

For the solution of the task connected with the organization of management of documents, the company management selected an electronic document management system and interaction managements of Directum. As the contractor on implementation the Complex Technologies company – the general partner of Directum company acted.

The project started in November, 2009. The technical specialists of the customer and the staff of Complex Technologies company providing training and the subsequent certification of key users, administrators and developers entered into the working group of the project. During implementation the working group of the project made modification of cards of electronic documents and reference books of a system under the forms which settled in the company configured standard routes under approval of agreements according to the operating business processes. Also integration of Directum with a corporate portal based on 1C-Bitrix and the accounting systems used in the company was performed: "TB-corporation" and "Turbo accountant".

The Directum system is transferred to trial operation. The basic modules Directum and also modules Office and Contract management are implemented. At the same time in a system 35 users work.

The project is going to be developed and the analysis of additional processes and tasks is at the moment performed. The next stage based on Directum will organize archive of technical, accounting and contractual documentation.
