Field of activity of our organization – creation of multiservice telecommunication networks and information security systems for ensuring the maximum development and effective activity of our customers. To have an opportunity to control carrying out the main business processes of the enterprise in one information system, to increase employee performance and speed of interaction between different departments of the company, we made the decision on need of automation. As the partner we selected the company "1C: The first BIT" which specialists have considerable experience and competences of automation of trade enterprises are familiar with specifics and requirements of the enterprises of this industry. As an optimal solution to us the program "was offered 1C: Management of trade enterprise 8 for Ukraine".

• Inventory control;
• Accounting of banking and cash activities;
• Management of settlement;
• Personnel management and payroll calculation;
• Accounting and tax accounting;
• Formation of the regulated reporting.

In our company 17 employees work. The quantity of the automated jobs 2 of them at the same time works 2 in information base. It will be performed further technology service free for the first 6 months is information.

Automation could fully satisfy our expectations and increase efficiency of work of employees. The company management obtains necessary operational information for acceptance of the weighed management decisions. We are completely satisfied with results of automation since use of the program allowed to increase efficiency and to guarantee compliance of the reporting to requirements of the current legislation.
