2020: Implementation "1C: Enterprise 8. ERP Enterprise Management 2 "

The reasons for the implementation of the automation system were the need to create an integrated unified accounting system in the company. Selection of automation based on "1C: Enterprise 8. ERP Enterprise Management 2 "was determined by the capabilities of the system, experience of implemented projects in the Customer's industry based on" 1C: Enterprise. "

As part of automation, the following goals were set:

• Transition to a unified modern information system;
• Increase the transparency factor of the production process;
• Reduction of labor costs for operational and regulated accounting, management reporting;
• Introduction of new financial performance monitoring tools.

As part of the project, subsystems were automated:

• Management of a warehouse
• Management of sales
• Management of purchases

Also performed:

• Implemented Financial Analysis Software - BIT.FINANS. Holding "for" 1C: ERP 2.0 "
• Automated quality management, including control of incoming raw materials and materials, and production of finished products;
• Production control.

In total, 25 AWS are automated.

The implementation of the system made it possible to ensure more convenient interaction between departments, to ensure a higher level of control of incoming raw materials and materials, as well as finished products. The system also allowed to launch the necessary integrations in the direction of labeling drugs.
