As Ingosstrakh was raised by performance of ERP

On October 20, 2015 it became known of upgrade of IT infrastructure in Ingosstrakh company. The project was executed by Krastkom company on the platform of solutions of IBM.

Project Tasks

The purpose of upgrade of computing infrastructure - performance improvement of the ERP system of SPAO "Ingosstrakh" — the AIS "Ingosstrakh".

Ingosstrakh (2013)

The management Ingosstrakh made the decision on replacement of outdated servers by the new equipment to reduce risks of emergence of problems in infrastructure, to provide compatibility on performance with implemented earlier a flash arrays and also to reduce a minimum by 20% housekeeping overheads and technical support due to optimization of use of computing resources and consolidation of applications on two, more powerful servers.

Project Progress

The IBM System P servers are entered into a basis of computing infrastructure. The contractor in the project of delivery and deployment of servers Krastkom company.

Project Results

Mikhail Svistunov, the head of department of the system equipment of department of information technologies Ingosstrakh, emphasized: "I will notice that we built a core of a server framework of the company also earlier, using solutions of IBM, only now we needed even more powerful equipment capable to completely use all potential of storage systems based on a flash memory. Results satisfied us, complex performance significantly increased".

Evgeny Nefedov, the sales director of the company Krastk, said: "Krastk — young, but very perspective IT company. In only eight years from the moment of the basis we built a portfolio of difficult services and acquired project experience in such companies and the organizations as Rosstat, the Ministry of Health both other large state and business companies. We have ambitious plans. By Krastk it is aimed at development of the relations with large IT manufacturing, such as IBM and also at increase in a share of complex projects for the Russian companies among which there is Ingosstrakh. We hope that our efforts and results will be mentioned by attention and customers, and vendors".

Konstantin Mozgovoy, the head of sales of server solutions of IBM in Russia and the CIS countries, told: "To gain knowledge in real time, to communicate, execute safe transactions and to raise economic indicators of IT, infrastructure should be flexible, fast, reasonable and open. The project, implemented Ingosstrakh, clearly demonstrates that for the solution of the relevant tasks facing business, IT infrastructure matters".
