Innostage opts for Secret Cloud DRM to protect enterprise data

2025: Implementation of Secret Cloud DRM

Secret Technologies has implemented a project to implement Secret Cloud DRM secure file sharing and collaboration for Innostage. As part of the case, the service was integrated with the main IT and information security solutions: directory service, corporate mail system, SIEM, sandbox, as well as with antivirus and network protection tools. Secret Technologies announced this on December 4, 2025.

The key criterion for choosing Secret Cloud DRM for Innostage is the high degree of platform information security, confirmed by independent audits and experience in implementing complex integration projects. The Secret Technologies solution allowed you to ensure compliance with corporate information protection standards and take into account the individual requirements of a large customer. In addition, Secret Technologies plans to include Secret Cloud DRM in its open cyber test program to demonstrate the product's resistance to external attacks and increase market confidence.

The project provided for:

• Integration with core IT infrastructure;
• Interaction with SIEM (MP SIEM) and PT Sandbox;
• Link with Application Firewall (PT AF) and Antivirus (KSC);
• Using the Aladin 2FA solution to implement two-factor authentication of users at the front;

The project for Innostage involved key modules of the Secret Cloud DRM platform, providing comprehensive protection and ease of work with corporate data:

1. The basic Secret Cloud DRM server provides centralized access control to protected files, control the lifecycle of documents and their storage in encrypted form.
2. Web user module allows Innostage employees and customers to securely access the required documents from anywhere through an intuitive web interface. Users can search, download, and edit files together without installing additional software.
3. Security connectors provide Secret Cloud DRM integration with external security solutions: SIEM, sandbox, antivirus, and network displays. This allows you to analyze user actions in real time, detect anomalies and automatically respond to possible security incidents.
4. The connector to the online editor provides secure tools for working together on documents directly in a secure environment, supporting the main office file formats. This allows employees to jointly edit and comment on documents without the risk of data loss.

Additionally, the implementation of the Security Labels module (authorization access delimitation) is planned. It provides a detailed distinction between the rights of users and groups to read, edit and download documents using mandate access policies. Mandate delimitation involves assigning security labels to both files and users or their groups, which allows each employee to work only with documents that correspond to their job responsibilities. This flexible configuration takes into account the peculiarities of the company's divisions and will allow centralized management of permissions, significantly reducing the risk of unauthorized access to information.

The comprehensive use of all Secret Cloud DRMs will allow Innostage to build a secure file sharing system that fully complies with corporate security standards and collaboration requirements.
