Residents of Innopolis began to test 4D-model of own city. On June 17, 2020 the Innopolis University reported about it.

The service assumes public control over lighting, gardening and exchange of the ideas on improvement. The staff of the servicing organizations and focus group of citizens can use 4D-model. They will test the platform before open release.

Work on the platform specialists of the University and city administration began Innopolis in June, 2018. In the first iteration released in October, 2018 layers of information on territorial planning of the city became available, to the existing real estate and plans for construction new, information on services and services, transport, tourism, to gardening, lighting, the history of building, small architectural forms, a security system of the city and addresses of inhabitants.

In 2019 we integrated 3 services for inhabitants into Digital 4D-model of the city, having created opportunities for development of already existing digital community. Services will be complemented with a payment system of city services for a full-fledged cycle of work. For monitoring of the existing status of city infrastructure of Innopolis developed two services for the staff of the mayor's office — control of the course of gardening of public territories and lighting. The main objective of digitalization of city processes — to improve interaction between stakeholders of the city.

For June, 2020 residents can offer the ideas on development of the urban environment, to leave the request for lease of the residential or commercial premises, and the operating services — to monitor processes of gardening and efficiency of street lighting. In the future the digital platform will include city vacancies of the companies of Innopolis, lease of parking spaces and also offers on storage of buses and bicycles. Users can get access to the platform using the web application and mobile version.

We observe gradual rapprochement of physical fabric of the city with digital space.
