On June 29, 2017 the ITLand company announced upgrade of the automated control system for projects in JSC Institute Giprostroymost-St. Petersburg.
Project Tasks
In 2016 for increase in efficiency of project management in JSC Institute Giprostroymost-St. Petersburg the decision on upgrade of the automated control system for projects was made. The reason - increase in quantity, scale and geography in parallel the executed projects.
Project implementation required the consolidated information management on a project portfolio, optimum allocation of labor resources in the conditions of the available restrictions, interaction and involvement of both separate divisions of institute, and a great number of external contractors.
It was required to execute transition on "1C:ERP+PM Management of project organization 2".
Project Progress
The project is implemented step by step: data transfer for ensuring operability of the block of payroll and regulated accounting is executed. After that data of a guidance loop by projects are transferred to a system.
On the next stage of the project specialists of ITLand performed works on completion of a system:
- the mechanism of partial offset of advance payments for clients and suppliers by agreements is created.
- standard mechanisms of a project circuit are adapted to processes of the organization.
- the consolidated personnel and settlement block providing calculation and salary payment and also conducting personnel records for all separate divisions of Institute is implemented.
At the final stage user training then a system was brought into trial operation took place.
Project Results
The project is executed less, than in six months. Failure from the previous system and transition to work in "1C:ERP+PM Management of project organization 2" took place upon termination of submission of reports for 2016. In a project deliverable 25 automated jobs in contractual, personnel and financial departments are organized.
Project deliverable - the uniform scalable schedule system and control of projects based on a relevant control technique by projects of JSC Institute Giprostroymost-St. Petersburg. A system was brought into operation on April 30, 2017.
