The project of transfer of personnel records and payroll at "Institute of New Technologies"

Specialists of Antegra Consulting company completed the project on transition from the 1C: Payroll and personnel 7.7 system on "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" in Institute of New Technologies educational institution.

Institute of new technologies and "Antegra consulting" successfully cooperate since 2007. During cooperation by specialists of "Antegra consulting" works on system implementation "1C: Trade Management 8" were performed, and the scheme of document flow which allowed to reduce time for preparation of documents, to increase transparency of accounting and also qualitative and high-speed indexes of document flow is also developed.

In the spring of 2011 specialists of Antegra consulting company performed the project on transition from the 1C: Payroll and personnel 7.7 system on "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8". This transition was necessary as the existing system did not meet the modern requirements: in it there was no accounting of a remaining balance of holidays, automatic filling of the regulated reporting was not implemented, also another was necessary to collect reports manually. Employees of "Antegra consulting" in a short time implemented transition to a new product and qualitatively performed data transfer from the replaced system in "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8". Within the project 1 workplace is automated. All rendered services are certified on compliance to the international standard ISO 9001:2008. D
