The "First BPM Form" system has been introduced in the "VSK Insurance House." The customer started using the system in May 2016.
The project started in October 2015. The basic functionality of the CRM system has been significantly improved to work with insurance products:
- A system of reference books has been developed for working with various types of insurance products;
- An algorithm is implemented to automatically change the status of the client depending on its activity;
- A unique algorithm for assessing the client's potential has been implemented;
- Added the ability to enter data on competitors;
- Three basic processes for working with clients were implemented: attracting a new client, prolonging contracts, developing sales (additional sales and cross-sales);
- A unique "Needs Matrix" interface has been developed for working with customers and customer groups. To perform group operations, customers are selected according to an arbitrary set of conditions;
- Reports have been developed to assess the performance of managers.
