IT company AUXO has organized outsourcing of the printing service throughout Russia for the insurance company VSK. Thus, AUXO acted as a single service provider and consolidated the service, previously distributed to the regions of the Russian Federation. Auxo announced this on December 5, 2024.

The project was launched in the fall of 2023. At the start, its geography was 418 sites in different cities of Russia, but in the process of implementation their number increased to 468. A total of 2,200 pieces of equipment are involved.

The peculiarity of the project was the need to provide a service recovery time of up to 8 hours. At the same time, more than 50% of the sites are located in different time zones (regions of the Far East), and 30% are located in small cities with limited engineering resources.

AUXO specialists conducted an audit of the customer's printing infrastructure, organized backup warehouses with the necessary equipment on the customer's territory and in regional hubs, and the composition of AUXO service units in the regions was also expanded.

As of December 2024, the SLA level (service level agreement) fully complies with the requirements of VSK. According to the customer survey CSAT (satisfaction index) of the AUXO service reached 5 points (high level of satisfaction).

AUXO continues to continuously monitor the equipment and supply of customer materials.
