The project of automation of key processes of the Integrated Pension Plan Administrator enterprise specializing in the field of rendering services on organizational, information and to the equipment of activity of non-state pension funds. The project is executed by NAUMEN company based on the industry software solution of NPF Naumen.
Profile of activity of the enterprise
JSC Objedinenny Pensionny Administrator (www.unitedpension.ru) is the specialized Russian company providing a full range of services in the field of professional administration of non-state pension funds including services in development and deployment of corporate pension plans, maintaining retirement accounts, etc. It is created in 2004. Clients of the company are the Interregional non-state "Big Pension Fund", NPF MNC Vladimir, NPF Atomgarant. The total number of the insured persons in three funds over 500,000 people (data for 4/1/2011)
Project Objective
"The integrated Pension Plan administrator" is one of the largest administrators of NPF in Russia: the total assets of the NPF administered by the company exceed 15 billion rubles. Relationship of the enterprise with funds – clients is based on the basis of the service provision agreements signed with them on organizational, information and to the equipment of activity of fund and also services in maintaining retirement accounts.
For improvement of service quality of the clients of the company effective management tools processes as possibilities of the used system did not allow to carry out separate tasks up to standard were required. The lack of a possibility of flexible configurations, low relevance of data, a progressive tense of creation of reports (2-6 hours) in a former system negatively affected productivity of work of the enterprise in general. The company management made the decision to pass to a new information system.
After the careful analysis of proposals of software suppliers the company stopped the choice on the industry software solution of NPF Naumen. The customer entrusted project implementation to the developer of a product – NAUMEN company.
Project Progress
During the first stage of the project specialists of NAUMEN performed a complex of works on implementation and setup of the new software solution. Processes of accounting of RPE, DSV, NGO, process of conducting settling with agents, maintaining and accounting of transferagentsky agreements and accounting of divisions – transferagent were automated. On the technical specifications approved with the customer the specialized solution Planning allowing to set and control accomplishment of different KPI on employees for increase in efficiency of their work was developed. Also initial import of data to again implemented system – more than 1 million documents was executed.
Project Results
The first phase of the project was completed in 5 months. As a result of the performed works the relevance of data in the central base of a system increased up to one week. Respectively, the efficiency of management of key processes of the enterprise much grew. The company management received the tools allowing to build the most difficult reports less than in 10 minutes.
The analysis of these reports gives the chance to the management to improve work of the enterprise and to increase quality of the provided services.
Perspectives of development of the project
The second stage of the project during which manual transactions in import of data will be completely excluded is begun and processes on management of customer acquisition cost are implemented.
