The interactive bank implemented a possibility of remote control the payment card through the Online system iBANK

Within the strategy of development for remote channels of service the Interactive Bank offered clients an opportunity to independently configure functionality of the card through a personal account in iBANK Online and in mobile application. Options are implemented with assistance of processing company Multikarta which acts as the technology partner of bank on implementation of new payment services.

Already now clients of Interactive bank have an opportunity without additional time and finance costs independently to select and configure "card" options necessary for them online, without the direct appeal to bank.

The combination of the implemented functionality does the Online system iBANK unique for the Russian market. In addition to free blocking / unblocking of the card, clients of Interactive bank can change the PIN code of the card in the remote mode, connect or disconnect 3D-Secure technology; to independently set two types of limits of the card: on money withdrawal in the ATM and on purchases on the Internet; connect/turn off the transactions CNP (Card Not Present when purchases are paid using card details without physical presentations of the card).

Also through the Online system iBANK card holders can be connected to the iConto program which allows to receive additional CashBack to 20% on transactions of payment in the trade and service companies participating in the loyalty program of iConto.

New service is available to holders of cards of VISA Platinum of the Interactive Bank.
