Installation of a management system for queue in the tax inspection of Krasnoturyinsk

In Interdistrict IFTS No. 14 across Sverdlovsk region in Krasnoturyinsk within performance of the government contract signed based on the held auction on Sberbank-AST marketplace the hardware and software system of automation of service of citizens and the NEURONIQ organizations is set and configured taking into account specifics and an operation algorithm of inspection.

The software of NEURONIQ is entered in the Unified register of the Russian programs for electronic computers and databases at No. 354 (The order of the Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications of the Russian Federation of 4/8/16). Main objectives of creation of the Complex are:

• substitution of the existing system of service on the basis of "live" queue which does not give an opportunity of complex information and analytical ensuring the processes which are listed above;
• reduction of time spent by taxpayers for receiving the services provided in inspections;
• basic change of the atmosphere of waiting for citizens, providing an opportunity to them freely to dispose of the time instead of standing in queue;
• increase in efficiency and labor productivity of staff of inspectorates due to uniform distribution of loading during working time;
• implementation of modern quality requirements of service of taxpayers;
• administration of flows of taxpayers depending on the received services;
• implementation of complex approach to the organization of acceptance of taxpayers, development of uniform quality requirements of acceptance of taxpayers in all inspections;
• ensuring uniform approach to structure of the services rendered to taxpayers in operational halls / premises of inspection which should be available to taxpayers in the Complex;
• ensuring operational monitoring of process of acceptance and service of taxpayers and collecting of statistical information;
• justification of organizational and regular actions for analysis results of statistical data of the Complex, on load of one worker and on work of inspection in general;
• achievement of the set indicator of annual assessment by taxpayers of efficiency of activity of heads of territorial tax authorities.

All equipment of the Complex conforms to the requirements to functional characteristics (consumer properties), technical characteristics of the equipment provided in technical specifications of auction documentation, quality and security of the equipment.
