2024: Implementation of the Rationance System

NPP BSH LLC has completed the implementation of the Reasonance system in the fast food chain  International Restaurant Brands (IRB) franchisee Rostic's, covering more than 400 facilities. This was announced on January 15, 2025 by representatives of NPP BSHES.

The project reduced operating costs for Telecom and IT services by more than 20% and created a technical base for further scaling of the business.

Rationance automated the management of the IT infrastructure of the entire IRB network of Rostic's franchisees. The technology has standardized hardware settings and reduced technical audit time from 60 to 5 days. Within the framework of the project, 400 existing and 200 new fast food facilities were transferred to a single management platform.

The system provided uniform operating standards for all network points, efficient management of more than 2,000 network equipment units, and automated distribution of configurations to new facilities. The decision created the basis for the annual organic growth of the network by 100 new facilities.

The Rationance system gave us the tools to scale the business quickly. We have gained full network transparency in the IT infrastructure and reduced the time to make technical decisions from several months to several days. Automation of processes allowed us to guarantee uniform KPIs and high fault tolerance for the entire network, "said IRB-Family IT Department.

The technology solution allowed the company to optimize the use of resources without losing quality of service. Because of this, the cost of technical support services was revised downward. The service package is extended from basic incident support for routers to a single network infrastructure service.

The implemented system automated the inventory of equipment, settings and configurations. It allows you to classify new objects into complexity groups and automatically apply the appropriate technical standards.
