On April 11, 2014 the Orange Business Services company announced signing of the contract with the international medical organization International SOS on carrying out upgrade of management and transformation of telecommunication infrastructure, alert network about emergencies.
Project Tasks
Within the five-year contract Orange it is necessary to carry out redesign, consolidation and management of the International SOS networks developed on 118 objects in 50 countries. In addition, Orange will deliver to International SOS completely managed, integrated solution for optimization and determination of a priority of applications that will increase transparency and will improve control over all IT infrastructure. By means of consolidation of firewalls and security aids perhaps centralized control of all processes and managements of them.
Orange will develop the centralized architecture of contact center for 27 emergency stations and will ensure them smooth operation by means of the managed solution for the IP telephony.
After project implementation the staff of International SOS in 70 countries, 27 emergency stations and 36 clinics will be able to render the round-the-clock, timely and vital help.
