On August 3, 2016 announced Corus Consulting implementation in "TD of Intertorg" of a management system for work of personnel by means of "1C: Payroll and HR Management".
Project Tasks
Due to the introduction of a new payroll system of the staff of the company, more difficult, than previous, the management of "TD of Intertorg" made the decision on need of optimization of the instrument of payroll of staff of retail network on the platform of the personnel system "1C: Payroll and HR Management 2.5".
When choosing the partner in the project it was considered how examination in the field of automation of large enterprises of retail, and experience of development and deployment of different method of calculation of the salary. CORUS Consulting Group is as a result selected.
Project Results
In a project deliverable the solution "1C: Payroll and HR Management" is considerably modified regarding calculation and the analysis of salary payments of employees. Accuracy of calculations increased, the temporary labor costs and errors connected with a human factor were reduced.
Timely and exact payroll — one of the major tasks in the field of personnel management, extremely relevant for us now. The new automated system will help to reduce considerably labor costs by calculations and to minimize quantity of the errors arising at manual data processing. Within the developed functionality data of the current information systems and subsystems are used (for example, HR records, a time recording). The project team also of Corus Consulting provided different options for further development of a system and convenience of work of users. |
The developed solution is the really flexible tool considering both specifics of business of the large trading company, and need of carrying out calculations for a large number of employees (about 10 thousand human. Process of calculation of the salary requires accounting of many criteria and processing of a big array of information. Automation of these processes considerably simplifies work of human resource department, increases the accuracy of calculations, allows to get access to the transparent reporting in the system of regulated accounting with a possibility of the subsequent analysis.
