The 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) automated based on a product "BIT:CRM 8" customer relationship management of Ionia company, the providing service in installation and setup of the equipment to the enterprises of a HoReCa segment. The implementing solution "1C: Integrated Automation 8" for conducting accounting and operational accounting is executed. In a project deliverable employee performance and speed of accomplishment of orders increased, the management of "Ionia" notes profit increase of the company.
Within several years the Ionia company used programs on the 1C: Enterprise 7.7 platform for conducting accounting and operational accounting. With business development it was required to create uniform base for storage of a contact history with clients, individualization of work with customers, problem definition to managers and control of their accomplishment. Having analyzed offers in this sphere, the management of "Ionia" stopped the choice on a product "BIT:CRM 8" as this solution has necessary functionality for solving of tasks of customer relationship management of small firm and optimal cost. For creation of an end-to-end automated system and the organization of work of users in a common information space the decision to transfer accounting and operational accounting to the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform was made.
The implementing solutions "1C: Integrated Automation 8" and "BIT:CRM 8" was executed by specialists of 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) within 2 months. Now in a system 20 users work.
The following sections are automated:
- sales management and purchases;
- registration of contacts with clients in uniform base;
- problem definition to managers and control of completion dates;
- order placement;
- settlement with partners;
- management of warehouse stocks;
- ranging and segmentation of clients on the got profit, order amount and other parameters;
- efficiency analysis of marketing efforts;
- obtaining the reporting on results of work of the enterprise in different cuts, etc.
