The Croc created a multimedia environment at the central office of Irkutsk Oil Company what it announced on September 22, 2020.

Multimedia spaces in the headquarters of Irkutsk Oil Company (IOC) are intended for team work and training. The approach to equipment of meeting rooms and conference rooms offered by CROC IT company allowed to be beyond their usual functionality and to create technological and comfortable office environment.

The multimedia solutions increasing efficiency are implemented in nine meeting rooms, in three educational classes and two conference rooms at new office INK in Irkutsk. They allow the staff of the company to use rationally premises, to save time at their armoring and holding meetings.

Now the staff of INK far off or using the touch-panels located on an input to the premises can reserve the meeting room. After that the premises are automatically reserved, and the meeting appears in the schedule. It is productive to use working time at meetings to the staff of INK the wireless system of operational transfer of content from smartphones, tablets and notebooks on big screens helps.

Sensors of presence allow to manage employment of meeting rooms and to automatically switch off the equipment if the premises are reserved, but is not used. Further analytical data on armoring will help administrative service INK to predict loading and to make decisions on creation of additional premises for meetings.

Audiovisions not only do office space technological, but also open opportunities for communication of a command, allow to build educational and working processes, to increase decision making speed, - Nikita Gulevich, the director of the department of system administration and technical support of INK notes.

In one of conference rooms specialists of CROC installed the LED videowall of 2880х1620 mm. It allows to show the presentations with high detailing of the image irrespective of lighting. That meetings took place in the mode, comfortable for all participants, a congress system automatically stabilizes the sound level for all speakers. The system of uninterrupted power implemented by CROC gives the chance not to interrupt a meeting even in case of blackout.

Also CROC equipped meeting rooms and conference rooms with visual communication systems that the staff of INK could hold negotiations with partners and colleagues from other regions. And the system of corporate television helps to be aware of news of the company to personnel. More than 20 monitors with up-to-date information are installed near elevators and in the dining room.

For timely maintenance and control of all AV devices specialists of CROC implemented the system of remote monitoring of the equipment. It will allow to make process of operation of audiovisions by the simplest.

In 2020 many companies were forced to review requirements to the organization of office spaces and to think of implementation of additional IT tools for communication. Multimedia solutions allow not to lose a working rhythm even for lack of business trips and regular meetings of all command.
