Carried out by Irkutskenergosbyt LLC preparation for certification on compliance to ISO 9001:2008

In 2012 Irkutsk Power Supply Company LLC received the certificate of conformity of a quality management system to the international standard ISO 9001:2008, the press service of RDTECH company reported on February 14, 2013. The firm took part in carrying out an information security audit of the sales company as the external consultant.

Solution

Within the project specialists RDTECH performed works:

• precertification audit of documentation of the Quality Management System (QMS) is booked;

the training of employees devoted to increase in efficiency of functioning of the Quality management system is organized;

• maintenance of the Customer during certification audit is performed.

Precertification audit of the operating system was booked by specialists RDTECH both internally, and far off, however, all recommendations about completion of SMK issued by specialists RDTECH were accepted by the Customer and quickly were implemented into practice.

RDTECH which is specially developed by specialists for Irkutsk Power Supply Company LLC a training course, was carried out in the territory of the Customer. Training is organized for an employee group with a total number of 20 people. The rate allowed employees of the Customer to update knowledge of the Standard, to be prepared for audit and to exchange practical experience.

Klepikov Sergey Anatolyevich, the chief engineer of Irkutsk Power Supply Company LLC, noted: "Competently planned and implemented work of a joint command of our company and consultants RDTECH allowed us to go successfully through the first stage of certification audit, and based on the second stage - to receive recommendations to issue of the certificate of conformity to requirements of ISO 9001:2008. We do not intend to be satisfied with what has already been achieved and we will continue to develop and improve our Quality management system systemically. In plans - expansion of a scope of the certificate on the processes connected with sale of thermal energy, development of process management, training and the increasing involvement in these processes of personnel. With it we are helped by specialists RDTECH, and we hope to continue our successful cooperation and further".
