Main objective of the project is the organization of a workplace of heads with a possibility of providing operational information on the current company performance. Within the first stage of the project it is going to solve problems of the general office-work and control of performing discipline. In addition to registration of the entering, outgoing documents, creation of resolutions and control of their execution, work with internal documents will be organized: registration and control of performance of orders, oral orders of the management, tasks of projects and also preparation and holding meetings. Number of users: 25 people. Solution type: setup of the Office-work and Process management applications.
