2019: Automation office and exchange of documents

On April 11, 2019 Haulmont announced implementation EDMS THESIS in the trading company "Iron manufactory of the Urals".

Before transition to EDMS THESIS employees of "An iron manufactory of the Urals" worked on Lotus Notes. However in the last several years of functionality of this system there was insufficiently for needs of the company. Therefore the decision on transition to other EDMS was made. The main objectives which faced the company it is registration and approval of documents and also control of execution of instructions.

Standard edition was purchased. It is an optimal variant if the solution with broad functionality is necessary for automation of standard processes:

• works of office,
• document flow,
• managements of instructions.

In general, the customer is happy with EDMS THESIS. Employees of "An iron manufactory of the Urals" quickly accustomed to a system, through it there goes all office and all exchange of documents to the companies. Speed of these processes considerably grew, document flow became more ordered. Also in EDMS tasks are appointed and meetings will be organized. Terms of accomplishment of instructions after implementation of EDMS began to be observed more accurately. To heads a system allows to see always the broad picture of affairs in the company — the corporate clients manager Anna Baranovskaya tells.
