NPP Spectec delivered to Irtysh shipping company additional licenses for an information system of maintenance and ship repair of TRIM, and finished its functions according to requirements of the customer.
The solution for automation of a MRO is operated at the customer since January, 2005. An EAM system was implemented within the project which lasted from November, 2003 to December, 2004 and was kept by developer company of NPP Spectec and her partner "The Siberian bear Holding", with the assistance of the customer's specialists. Jobs of users are set in management, in department of MTS, in the central warehouse, in production workshop, at the Omsk ship-building and ship-repair plant.
A system was used by shipping company for accounting of the fleet, accounting and cost analysis on a MRO, drawing up, calculations and approvals of repair sheets, determination of labor costs, terms of works, the needs for specialists in professions and services of third-party contractors, maintaining rates of established posts, determination of needs for Inventories and their accounting, supply of a MRO and other functions.
At the time of the beginning of operation in a system there were 33 jobs of users. Then, in May, 2005, the customer purchased 10 more licenses TRIM, and in August and September, 2006 and 2007 – on 5 licenses. In total now in a system there are 53 jobs.
The executed additional changes concerned automatic purpose of budget items for mechanisms, established posts and third parties, automatic registration of dresses tasks for works, an automatic prikhodovaniye of spare parts at the report for work on their production of both cost determination of the manufactured spare parts, and some other functions. Use of OLAP technology allowed to make, according to the customer, more visual analytical reports – labor input on ship repair, expenses on the fleet on supply, expenses on input of the fleet in operation, lists of the fleet.
