2021: Implementation of HRlink platform
The company "VkusVill" digitizes the personnel document flow using the HRlink platform. This will allow the retailer to reduce the cost of expanding the HR department by 2 times. This was announced by HRlink on August 30, 2021.
VkusVill is a Russian supermarket chain and its own brand of healthy food products. In 56 cities of Russia, as of August 2021, there are 1350 chain stores, the number of employees exceeds 20 thousand people. The company has already opened 62 darkstores - a mini-warehouse where online orders are collected, and is also developing the direction of delivery of products. With a low turnover rate of 4-5% for retail, VkusVill hires about 1,500 new employees every month.
The rapid growth of the business increased the burden on the HR department of the company, whose specialists spent a significant part of their time signing and forwarding paper documents and remotely interacting with employees from different regions of the country. The design of each of them took an average of about 3-4 man-hours. To reduce the burden on the personnel service and make interaction with it more convenient for all network employees, the company decided to automate HR. "VkusVill" became a participant in the experiment of the Ministry of Labor on the transition to personnel electronic document management.
As a partner, the company chose the HRlink service - a paperless HR system. More than 200 types of documents are available on the HRlink platform, allowing you to speed up employee hiring, personnel transfers, vacation processing, ordering help and other standard HR activities.
The HRlink platform allows you to sign documents remotely using an electronic digital signature (EDS). For quick and convenient authorization, you can use the State Service ESIA account . Such an electronic repository not only allows you to structure and quickly view your documents, but also reduces the risk of their loss to zero .
As a result of the project, the load on VkusVill HR specialists has noticeably decreased. For example, the deadline for processing a new regional employee has been reduced from three days required for the exchange of paper documents to 30 minutes. Documents come by e-mail, HR manager enters data into "1C: ZUP" and through HRlink sends a link to sign.

As part of the project, the HRlink team developed the necessary documentation (motivational materials and instructions, local regulations, additional agreements, an order and an application from employees), conducted training webinars. Thanks to this, the transition process took only 1.5 months. As of August 2021, the decision scales to other regions of the presence of the retail network.
