The companies "Galex" and "Iskra-Med" summed up the results of 5 years of cooperation in outsourcing print area. Project implementation began in 2015. During this time "Iskra-Med" opened 2 separate divisions and broadened the park of the printing equipment without costs for its acquisition, reported on August 24, 2020 in Galex company.

"We began to cooperate with Galex company in 2015. At that time we had 1 office in Barnaul and a warehouse. Printed generally accounting and warehouse documents. Turnovers grew, printing volumes too, and here the equipment began to bring. And the broken printer in a warehouse slows down all process of shipment and issue of goods. There was a need for more productive and reliable MFP. This expensive equipment, and we were not ready to such costs. Galeksa proposed the solution – outsourcing of printing", – Andrey Gayvoronsky, the leading specialist of an ACS of Iskra-Med LLC told.

Upon transition to outsourcing the contractor undertakes all tasks of updating of the park of the equipment and its maintenance. The customer pays only for the number of the printed documents. One of advantages of such approach to the customer – lack of investments. If it is necessary to broaden the park or to replace an obsolete equipment, then new devices it receives as a part of services on the basis of financial leasing or lease, explained in Galex.

Within the agreement outsourcing Galex delivered productive MFP Xerox for work of a warehouse and updated the park of printers at office. At the time of signing of the contract 12 items of equipment are transferred to service.

During cooperation of "Iskra-Med" opened 2 separate divisions in the cities of Siberia: Chita and Irkutsk. Again opening offices are equipped with the printing equipment within the agreement of outsourcing, without purchase costs from the customer.

"In addition, we managed to increase fault tolerance of a system of printing due to updating and regular service of the equipment.
