As a basis for creation of the information system meeting the imposed requirements the 1C: Enterprise platform and the solution "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management" was developed.
The task of project implementation of implementation of the selected software product taking into account specifics of the enterprise and the imposed requirements to accounting was set for Konstanta Group.
The following project objectives were defined:
- Receive an effective planning tool and accounting of activity of the enterprise;
- Organize unified information environment for accounting and management of activity of the enterprise;
- Save key functionality of the existing information system on accounting of activity of the enterprise;
- Provide a basis for the organization of accounting according to IFRS.
In the project progress the following structural units of the enterprise were automated Supply; Warehouse; Department of shipment; Production; Quality Department; Economical department; Finance division and accounting.
