The Ivanko company started an implementation project of a system of warehouse automation

The BUHTA company started automation of the warehouse "Ivanko". The solution of automation of warehouse logistics on the WMS platform "BUHTA is taken as a basis : A warehouse complex" in the Distribution + 3PL configuration.

System implementation will allow to optimize interaction of all group. Automation of warehouse logistics of the company based on WMS "BUHTA will become the first stage of the project: A warehouse complex" in the Distribution + 3PL configuration.

The 3PL-module of WMS "BUHTA" will allow Ivanko to perform at storage of the goods belonging to divisions of the company for them detailed tariffing of services (billing) in storage and transactions with goods. Using the Web interface, divisions of the company will be able to browse a goods remaining balance in a warehouse and timely to order it online.

A system BUHTA will consider strict requirements to lot-based accounting – veterinary certificates, storage lives of goods, customs declarations. There will be a possibility of shipment of goods any kinds of packaging – pallets, work with different commodity investments will also become boxes, by the piece, available. Work with a large number of piece goods for animals will be optimized in a warehouse with use of the mezzanine. Especially relevant, considering the round-the-clock operation mode of the warehouse "Ivanko", there will be a possibility without stopping of functioning of a warehouse to carry out inventory in any section - goods or group of goods, a batch, a cell, a rack, the owner of goods.

It is planned that fitting algorithms for nonresident clients will consider goods expiration dates depending on remoteness of the region of delivery and a delivery frequency.

The transport module of WMS "BUHTA" automates process of the goods delivery - formation and changes of routes from accounting of cargo dimensional characteristics of goods. According to the analysis of total amount and weight of the goods included in a route, a system selects necessary types of machines from the reference book of the used motor transport. On the selected characteristics the final route forms, delivery cost is calculated and the complete document package, including the waybill, the commodity-transport delivery note, the way bill (T1) and others is printed.
