2018: Optimization of operation of the block of a steam-gas unit

On October 8, 2018 the INFOPRO company reported that it together with T Plus starts optimization of an operation mode of the block of a steam-gas unit of the Izhevsk CHPP-1 of Udmurstky branch.

According to the company, T Plus is signed the agreement on implementation of INFOPRO of the automated measuring system of calculation of technical and economic indicators and planning of the modes on the CCGT of the Izhevsk CHPP-1 of Udmurtsky branch which is a part of PJSC T Plus.

An implementable system will increase efficiency of the station by production and implementation of thermal and electrical energy due to finding of optimal operation modes of the equipment at which, considering the set price parameters of the market, characteristic of fuel and technological limits, the combined heat and power plant will reduce cost value and, considering the set price parameters of the market, characteristic of fuel and technological limits will gain the maximum marginal yield.

This project is developed "turnkey". Under the implemented software package retrofitting of the priborough-measuring park will be made. Installation of the next measuring devices will allow to fix additional parameters and at the programming layer to consider them in calculations. Complex approach will allow to build the most effective support system of processes of management of a production cycle of the station.

System "INFOPRO: Planning of the modes" automates planning processes and accounting. Determination of optimal structure and the mode of the working equipment will allow to minimize cost value of the developed energy. Operational fixing of events of development of accident, issue of recommendations about prevention of similar cases will allow to avoid emergency situations on the equipment. Automation of accounting will increase its quality, will reduce labor input, will reduce influences of a human factor on calculation results.
