The Izhevsk state technical university implements an information system

On February 7, 2014 it became known of continuation of implementation of the unified information system (UIS) at the Izhevsk state technical university (IZHGTU) of a name of M.T. Kalashnikov. As the partner in project implementation the Ramek-VS company acts. The solution as a technology platform of the project is United University.

Project Task

Within this stage of the project, in plans of partners automation of educational process on the basis of the complete solution United University.

Implementation of EIS in IzhGTU of Kalashnikov is separated into two strategic stages: automation of an educational cycle — from acceptance of entrants before issue of education documents; accumulation of analytical capacity of EIS, namely — development of an analytical system, implementation of the modules "Loading of PPS" and "Schedule".

Project Progress

In 2013 implementation of the module "Movement of the Contingent" is carried out. In a new system the receiving campaign of 2013 is waged and data on acceptance are transferred to Federal information system USE by means of the universal module United University.

For February 7, 2014 in a completion stage there are works on filling of a system as curricula. The staff of educational and methodical divisions of IzhGTU creates working curricula on a semester and holds a session in a new information system on the basis of the implemented solution.

The second stage of automation in 2014 specialists of Ramek-VS company should implement the modules "Certification" and "Grants and Payments".
