Machine-building plants (OMZ)" which turns out products for the ship-building, power engineering, electrotechnical enterprises of railway transport, road and port construction. The company makes unique long-cycle products which production time can make up to three years. For ensuring necessary control and accounting at all stages of contract performance on production of such products, including installation, warranty and post warranty service is required a modern automated system. The main objective can be formulated so: implementation of uniform base of design and technical and managerial data.

The solution T-Systems the Solution for the company became the system implementation of ERP including creation of the functional modules providing work coordination practically on all production and financial structure of the enterprise. Uniqueness of this project - in successful synchronization of the Intermekh and SAP ERP PDM system and creation of the interface between them.

Key results Are implemented the following functional modules: FI (financial accounting, Russian accounting standards), CO (cost accounting), MM (management of material stocks), SD (management of sales activity), PP (planning and production management), PS (project management), FI-AA (accounting of fixed assets).

Within a problem of planning and production management synchronization of a PDM system "Intermekh" is made and SAP ERP, and the interface between them is developed.

The completion made by programmers of T-Systems CIS company allows to plan correctly costs, to create calculations and to reflect actual costs. Further, taking into account changes in design-technology documentation to execute balancing of capacities, scheduling of the production program and materials requirement planning for maintenance of business competitiveness, increase in operational efficiency, standardization of processes, improvements of customer service of JSC Izhora Plants.

Specialists of T-Systems render consulting services in support of a system and perform works on expansion of opportunities of the PDM-SAP ERP interface. In particular, the problem of data loading for opening of network of orders and the automated transfer in SAP ERP of changes of end-to-end technology processes of production of nodes of a product in already loaded specifications and technical cards is solved.
