The Russian representative office of Izotekh-Rus automates managerial accounting and the reporting

Specialists of the company "1C: The first BIT" executed a program implementation project "BIT: Management accounting" in subsidiary of the international company Izoteh, the company reported on December 14, 2012.

Objectives

The program for accounting used in the company was imperfect: there were difficulties at data exchange between branches, there was no opportunity to analyze data.

For permission of the standing questions the management of Izotekh-Rus LLC addressed to the company "1C: The first BIT". Specialists of integrator recommended to purchase the program "BIT: Management accounting".

Automation project objective - obtaining managerial data on the organization, financial planning and control, the centralized treasury, preparation of managerial reports for head office in Slovenia. The project proceeded four months. Are during this time made: installation, setup and adaptation of the program under needs of the customer, user training is provided.

Result

In a project deliverable the customer received the facilitated mechanism of collection of data on funds expenditures. The management obtains up-to-date information about a financial status of the enterprise and also analytical data online. Control of cash flow amplified, the possibility of deep carrying out the analysis on analysts of management accounting appeared. The management and finance division of the company noted increase in business performance, and emergence of necessary control of work of divisions.
