Project Tasks

• the solution of all main objectives of personnel records, maintaining an organization structure, payroll implementation of a system on Oracle8 DBMS that would provide integration of a system with the existing software and hardware platforms;
• possibility of system implementation by forces of own specialists of service of automation of bank.

For receiving additional reserves of growth and improvement of work with bank staff it was required to solve problems of automation of personnel records, maintaining an organization structure, payroll. For this purpose in March, 1999 Avangard bank the BOSS-personnel officer as the most conforming to the formulated requirements and price parameters made the decision on implementation of the automated control system for personnel. The system implemented on Oracle DBMS had to provide integration with the existing software and hardware platforms.

Project Effect

During short term all works on installation of a system were completed, and in May, 1999 the BOSS-personnel officer brought into trial operation, and in July the bank started its commercial operation. For years of operation the BOSS-PERSONNEL OFFICER system proved from the most positive side, and product quality and the carried-out works completely satisfied bank. Besides, a system was easy-to-work and open for development and integration with other systems.
