JSB Rosbank (1C: Enterprise 8.0)

Rosbank using specialists of Trade Software company (file) completed the project of automation of accounting of warehouse transactions on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform. Development of a branch network of bank, increase in quantity of the purchased property and also significant growth in document flow imposed new requirements to automation of accounting of the commodity and material values (CMV), including, to a system of accounting of warehouse transactions.

The developed system automates the following processes: intake of materials from the supplier, accounting of requests for issue, reservation and preparation of permissions to material issue, accounting of a material transfer between warehouses, issue of materials from a warehouse, budget control of the movement of property.

A system provided systematization of accounting of issue of Inventories accountable and to responsible persons, electronic information exchange with adjacent subsystems of Bank, formation of documents and preparation of all necessary reporting according to internal regulations of Bank.

The project deadline made 12 months. 20 jobs are automated. Now a system is brought into commercial operation. Moreover, large-scale works on automation of business activities of all branch network of Bank on the platform "1C are begun: Predpriyaitiye 8".
