Complex monitoring of a supply system of a communication equipment of the enterprise
As the main objective of the project it is possible to select increase in efficiency of customer service and operators of the enterprise and also reliability augmentations of the communication system.
Among the reached advantages it is possible to note:
- increase in level of availability of the represented services
- control and optimization of use of the UPS
- quality improvement of work of customer service
- the efficiency of failure handling is increased
- cost reduction and human resources on service of the systems of uninterrupted power.
Creation of a hardware and software system of the centralized status monitoring, management and control of a technology data network.
On project completion the customer received the unique instrument of monitoring and management of SDH/PDH of networks in the order. Use of a system on the basis of the Tibbo AggreGate platform allowed to increase quality and stability of the services provided by network. Considerably reduced a response time and diagnostics of problems on communication channels and the equipment. Timely informing on a status of the hardware, power supply parameters, a status of cooling systems allowed to reduce number of failures of the equipment.
