1C specialists: The Accounting and Trade (AT) is complete the project of creation of a system of collecting of credentials from subsidiaries and affiliates with the subsequent consolidation in JSC Oboronstroy group. Process of monitoring and consolidation of the obtained data with the help of industry solution "AT is automated: Treasury and Budgeting. Prof".

Project Tasks

The main objectives of automation set by company management were:

  1. daily monitoring of DDS on bank accounts of affiliated enterprises and collection of data on all economic transactions from CDO (child dependent organization) in the automatic mode;
  2. consolidation of data on DDS on bank accounts of affiliated enterprises and data on all economic transactions from DZO with necessary detailing in the automatic mode;
  3. receiving a packet of reports with financial performance on each DZO and in general on HC (head company) in the unified information system in real time.

Course of the project and results of automation

To automate process of monitoring and consolidation of the obtained data, the 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) developed a concept of automatic unloading of reports from affiliated enterprises of JSC Oboronstroy from any system configuration "1C: Enterprise". Daily reports from affiliated enterprises and their divisions automatically arrive on uniform FTP – the server from where afterwards there is data loading in the system of parent organization. Mechanisms of data exchange were successfully integrated into already used DZO of a system. For control of obtaining information, the special report for financial department was created. From it it is possible to see who did not send data and to take measures.

Training and consultation of staff of DZO was made remotely, without expensive business trips. The project lasted several months, 8 jobs of group of companies were as a result automated and automatic information acquisition from 60 DZO is adjusted. The tasks set by the management of the company were reached.

Results of implementation allowed to receive bigger information volume from DZO. Before the organization sent only a remaining balance and movements on the Account No., now the Customer has an opportunity to look at visions under the articles, partners, agreements. Besides there was an opportunity to create the most different reports with necessary groupings, sortings and selections. Data collection in a day from DZO is automatic. The complete packet of operational documentation (on the basis of reconciliations with OSV from each DZO) data loading for the period was made and transferred to the Customer in project completion.

As a result of implementation at the enterprise all main business processes were automated and a common information space for display of financial and economic activity of all enterprise is created that allowed to estimate quickly efficiency and to obtain information for acceptance of management decisions.
