JSC Samaragaz (RVi)

The Itera company successfully completed system implementation a video surveillance system and audiocontrol in SEGH-2 of JSC Samaragaz.

At a design stage the task to make a system which at the minimum costs will allow to fix completely process of communication of the visitor and employee of a client service was set for our specialists. Also it was required to fix work of staff of dispatching office.

For the solution of this task specialists of Itera Company proposed the solution on the basis of surveillance cameras and registrars of production Rvi and the audio equipment of a poizvodstvo of TPG by "LUMP".

A system provides installation of color dome cameras directly about jobs of operators of a client service and in places of waiting and also active microphones between the operator and the client that allowed to fix clearly process of service and to store record during required time. Such fixing allowed to simplify analysis of a conflict situation which can arise in the course of service and also reduce quantity of similar situations, due to psychological influence of the fact of video and an audio recording of a conversation.
