The Itera company implemented a management system for queue Damascus in SEGH-2 of JSC Samaragaz.
On result of the held competition Itera Company it was selected by the contractor on delivery, installation and setup of the hardware and software system Management System for Queue "Damascus".
The main objective of a client service of SEGH-2 of JSC Samaragaz - interaction on a broad spectrum of questions with clients of the fixed districts of the city.
On the basis of this solution in JSC Samaragaz the project with standard functionality was implemented: configurator of the graphical interface, designer of reports, prerecording, service quality evaluation. A system is implemented in a complete set with one touch terminal of issue of coupons, a LCD board, program panels of operators and hardware panels of quality evaluation of service.
In the course of system implementation the equipment which is most entered in the corporate standard of the customer on equipment of information systems was used.
Implementation of SUO "Damascus" in SEGH-2 allowed to arrange acceptance of visitors on such high-loaded section, and gave to the management the convenient tool for collecting of objective statistics work of division.
This implementation became pilot implementation for Samaragaz and along with implementation in 2012 in the same division of a video surveillance system and audiocontrol became one more step on the way of improvement of service.
