On October 19, 2015 the Profinfotekh company announced creation the system of individual assessment of production personnel by request of Petro factory of JTI company.

Project Results

Production assessment system developed by the contractor helps to measure personal performance measures of work, to improve workflow on production lines, to estimate the level of knowledge and employee competence for their further training and development.

According to Anton Kanaylov, the CEO of Profinfotekh company, the system implemented on Petro is unique for the Russian market: "We developed it from scratch, proceeding from needs of the customer. At the heart of technology - the innovation method of calculation of coefficient of personal efficiency of employees. Calculation of this indicator is based on a data set about the planned and actual production volumes".

A system provides planning of optimal arrangement of personnel on production in specific change. The employee, taking a workplace, is registered using the ID card. Upon termination of change a system fixes results of work. The annual automated testing of employees for assessment of their professional knowledge and qualification is provided.

"Results of a research of the involvement of personnel showed that the staff of factory is interested in assessment of the individual indicators, and we considered this wish. The created system increased motivation, improved key performance indicators of production and discipline and also gave the chance to encourage employees on the basis of objective indicators – at the invariance of the fixed salary the bonus level of each employee is tied to his results. We already note that the most active employees estimated such approach", - Darya Andreyeva, the director of service of personnel management of JTI in the CIS noted.
