On November 29, 2017 the company of Technology of the Future announced NeuroniQ system implementation. Implementation of an electronic queue in jobcenters of the population allowed to facilitate process of reception of citizens.
Application of this system provides an opportunity to establish a feedback between visitors of the center and the management, providing necessary quality data of service by the specific operator.
The important fact when choosing a configuration and functionality of a system was the fact that physically disabled people address to jobcenters. According to key indicators on the city of Uralsk from 25,468 people who addressed to TsZN, 6,181 persons with disabilities. For the purpose of system implementation, adapted for physically disabled people, the special 42nd inch terminals allowing to get in an electronic queue to all categories of citizens were used. Such special terminals assume adjustment of height, display of the interface of the choice of services in contrast tsvetografichesky schemes, the mode of a screen magnifying glass. Also there is an opportunity to set the voice notification with the built-in induction loop for people with the weakened hearing.
