The pig-breeding enterprise "Joy Gene" implements the ERP solution

The Navicon company completed an implementation project of a corporate system of management in the large joint Russian-French agricultural enterprise "Joy Gene". Within the project financial management, purchases, sales, production, purchase planning of components of forages is automated. Tasks of the customer are solved based on Microsoft Dynamics NAV.

Objectives

The western owner of the enterprise in many respects determines the level of management and approaches to business. Therefore the decision on automation of the main business and production processes of the enterprise on the basis of a modern system was made. As base the Microsoft Dynamics NAV system was selected.

For determination of the company contractor the tender in which victory was won by Navicon company – the leading Microsoft partner on NAV was announced.

Automation of reporting according to the IFRS and RAS standards became one of priority tasks which the customer set for a project team. And, primary accounting, upon the demand of head office, is conducted according to the IFRS standards. And only then its data are automatically transformed to registers of the Russian accounting.

Solution

That listed above became possible, specialists of Navicon together with employees of the customer implemented functionality which allows to keep at the same time in one Ledger account and according to international standards, and according to requirements of the Russian accounting. As a result by preparation of the reporting there is no duplication of transactions.

As at the customer except a livestock farm still production of forages is organized, in a system accounting of release of their different types and also accounting of sets of weights is adjusted. Besides, accounting of production inventory is implemented. Results of inventory join in production costs by diversity on the production orders which passed for the specific period.

Specialists of Navicon develop the separate module of an additional order which creates purchasing requests and transfer movements from elevators of additional volumes of grain. The exact additional amount of grain is calculated, proceeding from data on quantity of animals at different stages of life, normative indicators by quantity of the forages consumed by them, structure of forages and also information on existence of forages in own and remote warehouses.
