In the summer of 2016 of CORUS Consulting Group completed the project on automation of retail grocery chain of shops discounters "Yes!" (Fresh Market LLC, is a part of O'KEY group). The solution is implemented on a number of hardware platforms, To ERP system Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 and EDMS Microsoft SharePoint.

The functionality of the platform for retail business process automation and also the power and system performance which should correspond to future high growth rates of network became advantage of Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012.

Accounting and personnel records, systems which are often taken out for a framework, it was also decided to unroll based on Microsoft Dynamics AX. In a system the salary of more than 1000 employees is considered – different models of settlement schemes, including accounting of an exit of workers on changes are implemented.

System implementation of voice actuation of warehouse transactions of Vocollect Voice became one more feature of the project. A system "KORUS|Document flow" on the Microsoft SharePoint platform, automating internal document flow of network became the important business application for the retailer. EDMS was brought into operation before opening of shops: time for preparation, approval and the adoption of agreements decreased, the transparency and controllability in the company noticeably increased. Also integration of a cloud service of MS Office 365 with local the Active Directory was implemented.

CORUS Consulting also performed based on the ready-made solution integration of Microsoft Dynamics AX with a single state system on accounting of alcohol (Unified State Automated Information System). Necessary information on the movement of alcoholic products from all shops of network automatically to go to the Unified State Automated Information System.
