As of October 2022, the IT system employs 12 teams of technical specialists and more than 150 employees and partners. Thanks to the approach, Just IT managers save 10-15% of the worker time only on authorization: previously, specialists were forced to enter seven or more information contractor systems.
The platform has become a single environment for handling user calls, as it collects requests from various channels. In particular, ITSM 365 is integrated with Telegram: requests from the messenger are transferred to the IT system, where they are assigned an executor. The system allows you to differentiate between interaction with customers and partners. For example, all reply letters are sent by default from the address to which the request was received. For managers on the platform, tools for analyzing service processes are available: reports on the response time to incoming requests, deadlines, user assessments, and others. You can also use the Kanban board functionality and other tools to manage your project tasks in project management.
The solution contains a knowledge base with tutorials and instructions for setting up processes in ITSM 365, as well as reference books and tools for accounting for IT assets.
