Specialists of the company "1C: The first BIT" completed in the fall of 2012 an implementation project of the 1C: Trade Management 8 system in Dzhastfoyu LLC company. In a project deliverable it was succeeded to improve processes of formation and control of accomplishment of orders of buyers, the quality of planning of the daily product delivery for one hundred clients increased. Requests for the product delivery according to individual programs of a power supply are executed in time. The loyalty of buyers to the company increased, a considerable part of customers prolongs programs of a healthy power supply and turns into category of regular customers.
During the project specialists of the company "1C: The first BIT" made installation and setup of a system, provided user training. Besides, a number of functions, specific to this business, for which quickest implementation the developments which are available for BIT in the field of CRM were used was automated.
As a result of implementation maintaining the customer base of the company is automated. All necessary customer information and the history of orders is stored in a system. The slightest changes in the program of a power supply of the customer are quickly considered, accomplishment of requests for the product delivery is fixed. Creation of the database, uniform for all employees, significantly reduced risks of "losses" of the clients arising owing to information movement between participants of process.
Also daily in a system the document with indication of delivery addresses and also lists of the order which are pasted on bags of clients at catering establishment forms. It excludes possible confusion in daily service more than one hundred clients with individual programs of a power supply. Orders are executed timely.
Purpose of resources is made for accomplishment of the orders which came to a system with accurate planning horizon. It allows to predict with a bigger share of reliability expenses and cash receipts, remaining balance of raw materials and materials in a warehouse and also to manage loading of responsibles.
A system itself in the fullness of time reminds the manager that the program of a power supply of the client is close to end. In the course of work the staff of Dzhastfoyu LLC specifies degree of satisfaction of each client with the offered menu, product quality, the service level. The feedback received from clients without fail is broadcast in a new information system for the subsequent analysis that allows to take timely measures for improvement of a situation and to plan further cooperation. As a result a considerable part of clients prolongs programs and passes into a rank of regular buyers. Thus, a system performs function of direct stimulation of repeated sales.
The program allows to create a portrait of target audience on a sex, age, weight, requirements, other individual distinguishers. On the basis of data retrieveds the management develops actions for promotion of the services in the market. Besides, a system fixes a source of information on the company for each client who addressed to Just for You. It helps to estimate efficiency of actions for customer acquisition and to make decisions on expediency of use of this or that resource for placement of information.
Significantly also accounting work became simpler. Control of receipt of the payments made by clients is strengthened.
