2020: Transformation of work of department of B2B-sales
On April 7, 2020 Terrasoft reported that one of leaders of telecom market of Kazakhstan Beeline Kazakhstan transformed work of department of B2B-sales in connection with COVID-19 pandemic — now efforts of managers are directed to telephone sales in the remote mode. The Creatio platform became the tool which allowed to organize quickly remote work of 150 employees of department.
A system allows sales managers to make calls, to fix results of communication with clients and also to note the accompanying activities in a unified digital medium. Thanks to consolidation of data heads could configure deshborda with daily analytics of different activities of managers and create the reports displaying employee performance in different representations (rating on regions/users/segments, etc.). On the basis of data retrieveds the company management has an idea of efficiency both commands in general, and each employee separately.
