The project assumed creation of call center instead of the operating automatic telephone exchange which upgrade could not satisfy new requests of the customer any more. The solution was followed by the organization of a cluster for increase in stability in work of call center. Works on setup was are performed by the customer, and support of the ready-made solution was performed by specialists Mayasterisk.
