KR Propertiz Ltd (KR Properties) – one of the largest developers of Moscow. The company projects, builds, reconstructs and manages buildings of different appointments: offices, trade premises, warehouses, apartments. Under control of KR Properties more than 500,000 square meters of the real estate of different classes. The largest and known projects of the company – business quarter "A red rose of 1875" and loft-quarter "the Danilovsky manufactory of 1867". These big complexes consisting of a set of the body in extensive territories, in fact, are the mini-cities for comfortable work and rest of thousands of people.

For the purpose of increase in effective management of the company the decision on automation of its main business processes was made that would allow to solve problems of customer relationship management, operational data acquisition on a real estate, timely providing information on requests from the management and external users. As a basis of automation the drawing solution "was selected by 1C: Realtor. Sales management of the real estate", developed by ELIAS company together with 1C Company. A system implementation project based on a product "1C: Realtor. Sales management of the real estate" it was executed also together with ELIAS. In the course of work the following tasks were solved:

  • Customer relationship management processes are automated;
  • Integration with the IP telephony system which provides is executed:
  • number identification of phone of an incoming call;
  • informing the operator on a call and on the one who calls;
  • management of calls using 1C: Enterprise;
  • automatic set of the phone number of 1C: Enterprise;.
  • registration of the missed calls;
  • record of telephone conversations with a possibility of their listening from 1C: Enterprise;
  • informing clients on events of different type.
  • Automated management of a real estate of base;
  • Automated management of transactions on the real estate;
  • Packets of the management reporting are developed.

Upon termination of development training of staff of the company in work with an information system was provided. The implemented system based on the solution "1C: Realtor. Sales management of the real estate" allowed to increase quality of customer interaction of the company, provided significant decrease in labor costs due to process automation of preparation of the management reporting, increased efficiency of data acquisition, provided a broad set of formats of the reporting, provided conditions for timely providing information on requests of external users, increases in quality characteristics of the provided information.
