DataDome completed the design and construction of the data center for KSK in Tver

2021: Completion of Data Center Design and Construction

DataDome completed design work to construction DPC at the Promtekhnopark KCK in the city. Tver This became known on December 9, 2021. As part of the project, the integrator of engineering systems DataDome developed the design documentation of stage "P," performed work on the supply and installation of equipment for the main engineering systems of the data center and implemented its own development of insulation of the cold corridor.

In November 2021, the integrator of engineering systems DataDome completed the creation of a data center for the Key Systems and Components group of companies. The work lasted for three months. During the implementation of the project, design documentation of stage "P" was developed, civil works were carried out in the premises of the data center, supply and installation of engineering equipment for general, uninterrupted and guaranteed power supply, cold supply, false floors and insulation of the cold corridor, as well as automatic fire extinguishing and fire alarm systems.

As part of the project, DataDome engineers implemented a cold corridor insulation system for KSK Group of Companies, their own development. The main advantage of the solution is a self-supporting frame, which allows you to dismantle the rack without the need for additional manipulations with the cold corridor structure. In addition, in a number of data center systems, engineering equipment was used by Russian manufacturers who have proven themselves in other projects DataDome:

• IT load uninterruptible power supply system based on modular UPS "PULSE MULTIPLEX" with capacity of 125 kVA;
• guaranteed power supply system based on DGP TSS with capacity of 180 kVA;
• "Bolid" fire alarm system.

The cold supply system is implemented on the basis of precision HiRef air conditioners, and the monitoring system is based on Vutlan equipment.

The data center with a total area of 175 m2 and a capacity of 200 kVa is designed for the installation of 18 server cabinets. Engineering systems are reserved according to N + 1 scheme, and their fault tolerance level is similar to TIER 3. As of December 2021, construction work was fully completed in the data center, and 12 server racks were put into pilot operation. By the end of 2021, it is planned to put the data center into operation and place the first computing capacities of residents of the KSK Promtekhnopark in it.
