KUA OTP Capital LLC implements software tools of optimization and automation of basic processes of the company

The INTALEV Group company carried out product introduction "1C: Management of trade enterprise for Ukraine" in KUA OTP Capital LLC. The message about it appeared on the website of the company on September 21, 2012.

Background

Dynamic development and growth of scales of business of KUA OTP Capital LLC became the main premises to need of optimization and automation of basic processes of the company, structurization of credentials for uniform information base and also information coming to base available and useful to all users: the specialists of a back office, accounting, front office managers managing investment portfolios, the CEO.

In an analysis result of the market of offers, the partner of the project selected the Ukrainian office INTALEV Group.

The project is begun in 2011 and consisted of 14 stages.

Solution

In work flow on the project basic processes of a back office are automated. The product for automation selected a configuration "by 1C: Management of trade enterprise for Ukraine".

The implemented system allows:

• Messages full and reliable information on handbook data: "Organizations", Partners, "Agreements of partners", "Bank accounts of the organizations and partners", "Accounts in securities of the organizations and partners", Securities and other office qualifiers;

• Messages financial monitoring of the organizations and partners;
• Create agreements, maintain a register of agreements, print agreements on the set templates, store the scan of the copy of agreements in electronic archive of documents;
• Create the certificate of the relevant prices of securities of ISI;
• To automatically create non-repeat orders for placement and the redemption of securities of funds of own release;
• Keep account of operations on placement and the redemption of securities of funds of own release;
• To automatically load results of indirect sales of securities of funds of own release;
• Create tickets on signing of the contracts, on operation on a purchase / sale / blocking / unblocking valuable paper and to operations on money;
• Make out transactions: create agreements, orders to Keeper / Depositary;
• Keep account of operations on the movement of securities;
• Calculate the accrued interest on bank deposits;
• Carry out revaluation of securities of ISI and NPF, according to regulations of the current legislation;
• To automatically load data on stock exchange rates, spreads, the trading volumes, listing, the stock exchange list from files of the provided UAIB and the UB, PFTS exchanges, Perspective;
• Calculate the net assets value of ISI and NPF, according to existing rules of the legislation;
• Calculate remuneration of KUA (daily, monthly, annually);
• Keep account of assets of NPF which are in management of the Administrator of NPF;
• To automatically calculate on-line limits;
• To automatically receive the reporting under on-line and off-line to limits;
• Create printed forms of the reporting for giving in GKTSBIFR and UAIB (according to regulations of Provisions 201, 216, 339, 340, 520, 3, 487, 1100);
• Create electronic files in the dbf format for submission of the reporting in GKTSBIFR and UAIB;
• Unload data of the accounting system in the program of submission of the reporting based on MS Access;
• Prepare the daily reporting under the NAV of funds for employees of the front office;
• Prepare the operational reporting under a remaining balance and the movement of securities, under structure of assets of funds, under the yield on assets of ISI and other reports.

Result

As a result of project implementation the KUA OTP Capital LLC company received the single accounting system covering all levels of management (operational, accounting, tax) in which the main business processes of activity are formalized and automated, and the uniform point of entry of primary information is defined. Thanks to complexity, a system allows management of different divisions to receive the timely and authentic reporting, and due to implementation of the mechanism of data exchange with a feed system of the reporting of UAIB, need of repeated information input for submission of the obligatory reporting in GKTSBIFR thereby significantly is excluded saving working time.
